Yes. Full-color printing on both faces is included. Let the design team know whether both sides should use the same artwork or different designs.
Can I buy a replacement banner without hardware?
Yes. Choose Banner Only if you already have compatible bracket hardware. Confirm the banner dimensions, bracket spacing and pole pocket fit before ordering.
What sizes can I order?
Choose from 12 standard sizes ranging from 18 × 24 to 36 × 84 inches. Dimensions are width × height. Contact us for a custom size or a bulk project quote.
Are pole pockets included?
Yes. Top and bottom pole pockets are included for use with compatible mounting arms. Share your bracket dimensions with our team before production.
Are these suitable for outdoor use?
These vinyl pole banners are intended for outdoor street, campus and venue displays. Service life varies with exposure, installation and care. Have your installer confirm the pole and hardware are suitable for the site; no universal wind rating is implied.
What artwork should I send?
Vector PDF, AI or EPS files are preferred. High-resolution image files can also be reviewed. If you only have a logo and an idea, request a free mockup and our design team can help prepare your layout.
When will my order arrive?
Contact us with your quantity and required in-hand date. Production timing is confirmed separately from shipping transit time, and rush availability must be checked before ordering.
How should I store banners between seasons?
Remove banners carefully and roll them instead of folding. Store them in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight. Inspect banners and mounting hardware before reinstalling.
