From brief to approved display

  1. Specify products and hardware
  2. Share artwork and arrival date
  3. Confirm the quote and official proof

A useful custom-display quote starts with the complete configuration and the date the order must arrive. Send one clear brief so the team can evaluate the products, artwork, production requirements and shipping together.

What to include in your request

  • Products and quantities: list each item separately, including whether several items share the same artwork.
  • Dimensions: supply table measurements, tent footprint or selected flag size. Include unusual table legs or venue restrictions.
  • Hardware: say whether you need a complete setup or only a replacement graphic.
  • Printed surfaces: describe coverage, flag printing sides and any tent walls you want.
  • Artwork: attach the best logo file available and specify required wording and colors.
  • Arrival requirements: give the required in-hand date, event date and delivery ZIP code.
  • Delivery details: distinguish a business address from direct-to-venue delivery, and mention receiving windows or special handling.

Clarify the configuration by product

For a table cover, include length, width, height, fit and coverage. For a tent, identify canopy, frame, full backwall, full-height or half sidewalls, and bag needs separately. For a flag, identify shape, size, single- or double-sided printing, and the hardware or base needed for the installation surface.

Compare complete quotes

Check that each quote refers to the same dimensions, material, printed surfaces and hardware. Confirm whether freight, shipping, applicable taxes, selected accessories and any deadline-related charges are included. A low starting price is not the complete comparison when the configurations differ.

Separate proofing, production and transit

Artwork review and approval occur before custom production. Shipping follows production and adds transit time. An estimate for printing alone is not an arrival commitment. If the order is tied to an event, ask the team to review the full schedule before you approve the order.

Before accepting the quote

  1. Match each line item to the brief.
  2. Resolve any unclear options, dimensions or hardware inclusions.
  3. Confirm how artwork revisions and approval will be handled.
  4. Review current pricing and the delivery plan.
  5. Keep the quote and approved specifications together for future reference.
