A replacement graphic must match the hardware you own. A label such as “10×10 tent” or “8ft flag” is a starting point, not confirmation that graphics from different systems fit. Check compatibility before ordering or approving artwork.
Gather the hardware details first
- Manufacturer, model and any identifying label.
- Original order or specification, if available.
- Photographs of the assembled display and attachment points.
- Measured dimensions relevant to the graphic.
- Whether the hardware is complete and in usable condition.

Replacement feather flags
Confirm the pole system, assembled shape, graphic dimensions, sleeve arrangement and lower attachment. A feather and teardrop graphic may require different shapes even when their size labels look similar. If you own a base, identify its connection to the pole as well as the surface on which it will stand.
Replacement canopy tops and walls
Identify the exact frame and canopy shape. Nominal footprint alone does not define the peak, valance or attachment layout. For walls, provide panel dimensions, wall height and how the panel attaches to the frame or neighboring panels. Make clear whether you need a top, a full backwall, full-height sidewalls or half sidewalls.
Replacement banner graphics
Identify the display mechanism and how the graphic is attached. Confirm the graphic dimensions and any installation requirements with the supplier. Some systems may need professional installation or a different complete display; ask before removing an existing graphic.
When a complete display may be more practical
Compare a replacement with a complete system when the model cannot be identified, hardware is missing, attachments do not match or the original frame no longer suits the event. Include the time and cost of any required installation or additional components when comparing the options.
Artwork still needs a product-specific review
Reusing the logo does not mean reusing the previous layout unchanged. The confirmed replacement dimensions and attachment areas govern the new design. Supply the previous proof as a reference, then review a new official proof for the replacement specification.
